What is Darbar Sahib Radio?
About Us
Darbar Sahib Radio is a community-centred station serving the West Midlands, dedicated to promoting spiritual upliftment and social engagement for the Sikh and Punjabi community.
We are available on DAB+ Radio across Birmingham, on RadioPlayer UK and coming soon on 'TuneIn' app for a wider reach across the United Kingdom. We are committed to offering high-quality programming that reflects the cultural, spiritual, and social interests of our audience.
Our mission is to empower our listeners through Kirtan, meaningful programming, and off-air activities that connect, inform, and inspire. As a community radio station, we take pride in being a platform that celebrates diversity, fosters unity, and amplifies the Sikh and Punjabi voices of those in our region.
Our Commitment to You - At Darbar Sahib Radio, we are committed to serving the West Midlands community with integrity, transparency, and dedication through spiritual kirtan and discourse. Together, we can build a stronger, more connected intra-faith community.
We will remain not-for-profit and do not ask for public donations.

Darbar Sahib Radio is more than a station – we are a hub for community empowerment. Our off-air activities are designed to provide training, education, and opportunities for individuals across the West Midlands.
Key Social Gain Activities:
Training Programmes: Offering broadcast and technical training to volunteers and community members.
Workshops and Events: Hosting events that promote learning, cultural exchange, and community dialogue.
Youth Outreach: Empowering young people with skills and opportunities to grow.
We monitor the impact of our social gain activities regularly and will share our progress through annual reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
