Darbar Sahib Radio is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our growing team! Whether you want to develop your skills, give back to the community, or share your voice on the airwaves, we welcome individuals from all backgrounds to contribute to our mission of education, spirituality, and cultural enrichment.

What Roles Are Available?
We offer a variety of volunteering opportunities, including:
- Presenters and Hosts: Share your voice and connect with listeners by hosting live shows or podcasts.
- Production Assistants: Support the technical side of broadcasting, from sound engineering to editing.
- Content Creators: Develop engaging scripts, research topics, and contribute to our community-focused programming.
- Community Outreach Ambassadors: Represent Darbar Sahib Radio at events, outreach days, and live broadcasts.
- Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations and management of the station.

Training and Support
All volunteers receive comprehensive training at our headquarters in Birmingham city centre, which is easily accessible via public transport. Training covers everything from technical broadcasting skills to understanding Ofcom guidelines and engaging with diverse audiences.
